Vineyards may provide one of the best backdrops for wedding shoots. I don’t know what it is, maybe the lines of vines crossing the landscape has something to do with it. Perhaps it is the way the light filters through the vines and the way the rows of vines lead your eyes to the subject you are photographing. Who knows, but I can say that Childress Vineyard has all that going on and so much more! I had the chance to photograph Marla and Chase’s wedding reception there after a wonderful ceremony at their church. The weather was very nice on this day and the glow of the sun as it receded below the horizon was just spectacular! Just take a look for yourself!
