Oh what a hot day it was for Jason & Ashleigh’s wedding at the Mint Museum. They had a fantastic wedding that was threatened by thunderstorms (a really torrential downpour soaked the outdoor ceremony location not an hour before the ceremony!). The steam from the rain turned it into a sauna. Luckily, despite the heat and threat of rain, the skies were clear and the outdoor wedding was just incredible. Jason and Ashleigh are just a delight to be around and their affection for each other is very apparent in person and in front of the camera. The lighting around the Mint Museum on their wedding day was superb! The romantic shots of them were glowing. Jason and Ashleigh rented this really old antique car for their exit (sorry, don’t know the model/year) and we went outside after dark for some cool night shots. I really like to try and take couples out for night shots if time permits, it is one of my specialties!
