I thought I would follow up my last entry from The Point (which was a wedding) with another session from that same location. Except this time I though I would showcase something entirely different – a maternity session. Maternity sessions have grown in popularity in recent years and I always enjoy being able to document the moment every chance I get. It’s just such a unique and special event to capture on camera.
Amy & Clay wanted a natural setting for their session. They are expecting their first baby and were awesome to work with during the shoot! I thought The Point would work well for their session since it provided a good deal of charm and since I know the area so well. It provides a nice location to do a combination of individual shot of the mother-to-be and the parent-to-be together in a variety of settings. My favorites are below, but my very favorite is the sillouette on the lake! Congrats to Amy & Clay!
